Touch of Vitality is the brain child of Lesa Bezanson a graduate of ICT Northumberland College. I entered college with the dreams and goals of helping people.
I grew up in the Annapolis Valley and wanted to be able to help the people of my community. I felt that the valley stood for family and community living and wanted to be a part of it. Touch of Vitality is a family owned and operated clinic situated in the quaint town of Berwick, NS. dedicated to providing utmost quality of personal care to each and every one of my clients.

Being a Registered Massage Therapist has given me the opportunity to help others in ways I never thought possible. Not only have I discovered that I can enhance one's inner beauty, but I can also ease those who are troubled by pain caused from many things as old scars, long term pain, relieve illnesses, and help comfort those who are in constant pain.
Words can not express the satisfaction I get when I see others leave my clinic relieved from their pain and illness they came in with. For this reason, I am honoured to have known the many beautiful people who have touched my life.
